NAVIGATE project @BOBCATSSS 2020 in Paris
NAVIGATE project took part in the 28th edition of BOBCATSSS 2020 in Paris, France
NAVIGATE team held a workshop “Learning how to avoid fake content playing games” at the second day of the annual symposium organised by LIS students – BOBCATSSS 2020 in Paris. Anna Maria Tammaro and Gergana Yancheva presented the findings of NAVIGATE (09/2017-08/2020) and the top 20 games for information literacy ranked according to three aspects: technological interface, content, pedagogical aspects (outcomes, activities and assessment) via the NaviGAMESearcher.
The participants in the workshop learned how to evaluate information literacy games. The workshop provided examples of learning situations and strategies that can assist in the development of serious games for avoiding fake content and for improving information literacy skills. It was fun, useful and inspiring for both the participants and the Navigate team!
Special thanks to the Coordination Team of Bobcatsss 2020 and all the participants in the Workshop!
